Knoxville Wrestling Academy is the premier club for beginner and advanced wrestlers in the Knoxville area. We welcome athletes from Kindergarten through 12th grade — no prior experience necessary.

Preseason (August–September) we practice twice a week. Regular season (October–February) we practice three times a week. All practices are held at Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville.

Knoxville Wrestling Academy has been such a positive experience for my son. He came into wrestling after football, and it was exactly what he needed — not only for conditioning, but also to learn how to channel and control his emotions in a positive way. After just one season, he absolutely loves wrestling at KWA. He's in better shape for football, has a much better attitude on the field, and has grown both as an athlete and as a young man. He's already counting down the days until his second season starts this fall. We couldn't be more thankful for the coaches and the positive environment they've created. If you're on the fence about trying wrestling, I can't recommend Knoxville Wrestling Academy enough.
Our family has had a good experience with this wrestling program. The coach is passionate about wrestling, has a strong understanding of the fundamentals, and does a good job of helping athletes build the skills they need to improve and be successful, both on and off the mat.
As a parent, I couldn't be happier with Knoxville Wrestling Academy. I first brought my oldest son here, and after seeing how much he grew in confidence, discipline, and wrestling skills, I later enrolled my second son as well. The coaches are tough but fair — they push the kids to do their best while genuinely caring about their development on and off the mat. It's a positive environment that teaches hard work and respect.
